What is the quality of the hair?

We pride ourselves on selling quality hair. We are committed to providing excellent Synthetic and Human hair Wigs.

Can Synthetic Wigs be colored?

Wigs can be made from either human hair or synthetic material. If the wig is synthetic, the wig is made from fine plastic and cannot accept permanent color, such as hair dye.

Can I make changes to an exisiting order?

How long does Shipping take?

All orders ship within in 48 hours, if ordered Monday – Friday, unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. On average it takes 5-7 business days to be delivered in the US and 1 to 2 weeks for International orders. Our orders are shipped Monday-Friday out of our warehouse in USA with verified tracking and partial insurance. Any fraudulent high risk orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use. No orders are shipped on weekends or US Holidays. All shipments include real-time tracking so that you always know where your shipment is at all times.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an 'Order Fulfilled’ e-mail which will include your tracking number and details on where your package can be tracked. How much does Shipping cost?

Shipping is Free for DOMESTIC ONLY. Shipping rates varies for each country. We also have expedited shipping for slightly higher rates. Choose based off your needs. Note free shipping is the slowest shipping option. It takes EXPECTED delivery 5-7 days for USPS and up to 1-2 weeks for international shipments.

What is my package is lost or stolen?

We will assist our customers to the best of our ability to get your package found. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You may file an insurance claim with the USPS online. Go to www.usps.com/help/claims.htm It is important you verify all information before placing your order. We prefer USPS as the most trusted shipping carrier.
